Violent Attack at McDonald’s Leaves Three Injured in Chicago
CHICAGO — Three individuals were wounded in a violent incident at a McDonald’s restaurant on the South Side of Chicago on Sunday morning, as reported by the Chicago police.
The attack took place at approximately 8:30 a.m. in the 7800 block of Southwest Avenue when an assailant requested complimentary food from the cashier at McDonald’s. Upon being denied, the offender brandished an axe-like weapon and launched an assault on the victim, according to the police.
