Chicago Air and Water Show: A Must-See Event in the Windy City
The Chicago Air and Water Show, a beloved event in the city, is returning this weekend, delighting spectators with thrilling aerial performances and aquatic displays. How to Watch: Spectators can enjoy the show along the lakefront from Fullerton to Oak Street, with North Avenue Beach as the central viewing area.

Parking: Public parking on the beach is not available during the event. Consider pre-purchasing parking at Millennium Garages and taking advantage of the free shuttle service.
Transportation: The city encourages the use of public transportation, including the CTA bus routes that service the event venue.
Be mindful of restricted areas if watching the show from Lake Michigan, as orange “Keep Out” buoys will be in place.

This year’s headline performers include the renowned U.S. Navy Blue Angels and U.S. Army Parachute Golden Knights. The show will also feature daring stunts by RJ Gritter, Trojan Phlyers, and various military aircraft, such as the U.S. Air Force C-17 and the U.S. Army AH-64.
